ADMISSION RULES AND TUITION FEES
FOR THE 2026–2027 ACADEMIC YEAR
1. General Provisions
These rules establish the procedure and main stages for admitting students to the private school “Kharkiv School Gravitation.” They apply to all candidates wishing to begin their studies at the school.
2. Required Documents
2.1. To apply for admission, parents or the child’s legal guardians must submit the following documents to the school administration:

a completed application form of the established format;

a copy of the child’s passport or other child's document and one parent’s passport;

a copy of the child’s and one parent’s temporary residence permit in Lithuania;
-
a medical certificate of the established format (may be submitted within 2 months from the date of admission).
All documents are submitted after a positive decision on admission to the school.
3. Admission Procedure
3.1. After an application is received online or by phone, the student and parents (or their representatives) are invited to an interview with a representative of the school administration.
3.2. During the interview, the child’s motivation, readiness for school, and other important aspects are assessed. The admission decision is made based on the interview results.
3.3. After a positive admission decision and submission of all required documents, an education services agreement is signed with the parents.
4. Start of the Academic Year
The academic year begins on September 1. This day is celebrated as Knowledge Day and is organized in a festive format.
5. Additional Conditions
Students and their parents undertake to:

comply with the school’s internal rules and standards of conduct;

pay tuition fees on time in accordance with the signed agreement;

actively participate in the educational process and school activities.
TUITION FEES FOR THE 2026–202 ACADEMIC YEAR
Grades 0–4 €480 per month (Cambridge International Education program);
Grades 5–11 €520 per month (Cambridge International Education program);
Additional costs: meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and extracurricular activities — optional and charged separately.
Free education is provided to students whose parents are currently serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Discounts or free tuition periods may be granted to children from large families, children without parental care, or children requiring social support.
