Kateryna has over seven years of experience in media and communications. She began her career as a journalist and later became Editor-in-Chief of the regional media platforms 056.ua and 44.ua. Her previous experience in social work and human resources has given her a strong understanding of communication, team collaboration, and organizational development.

She holds a Master's degree in Social Management (Sociology) from Kharkiv Humanitarian University "People's Ukrainian Academy" and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Dniprodzerzhynsk State Technical University. She also completed foundational psychological studies through the Junior Academy of Sciences (MAN).​

Kateryna has completed professional development programs in media literacy, crisis communications, artificial intelligence in media, debating, entrepreneurship, and international educational initiatives, including Erasmus+.

At the school, she leads the development of internal and external communications, builds a modern information environment, and supports educational projects and strategic initiatives.
