September 17, 2026 — Gravity International School students from Grades 10–11 completed a ten-day Erasmus+ educational exchange in Trakai, focusing on healthy habits, personal well-being, intercultural communication and skills essential for young people in an international environment.

Held from September 8 to 17 under the theme “Healthy Habits,” the exchange encouraged students to explore how everyday choices influence physical and mental well-being. The programme addressed physical activity, balanced nutrition, conscious consumption and reducing food waste.

​

An international environment was at the heart of the experience. Gravity students worked alongside peers from the Czech Republic, Norway and Türkiye, discovering different cultures and traditions while learning to collaborate in international teams.

​

Learning extended far beyond the traditional classroom. Participants took part in outdoor activities, creative workshops and team challenges, designed posters, discussed relevant topics, prepared music and dance performances, and created short films exploring healthy habits.

​

The project also provided an opportunity to develop essential soft skills. Working in international teams, students strengthened their creativity, communication, public-speaking, teamwork and ability to present and develop their own ideas.

​

Another valuable aspect of the Erasmus+ experience was continuous English-language practice. English was the main language of communication throughout the ten days, allowing students to use it naturally in real educational and everyday situations.

An experience like this is about much more than an educational trip. It is an opportunity to meet new people, build international friendships, discover different cultures and experience learning in a truly international environment.
